The hotel is amazing! Impeccable service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. I highly recommend it!
Location far from city, you can walk or take metro.
Rooms are good spacious. Breakfast was limited, no option for vegetarian. It was boring. We stayed for 2 nights. They have a luggage room where you can store your luggage in case you have a late flight or your before check in time
The location is good as in the center but it still takes 10 minutes walking to the subway. There is only one elevator which was also occupied during the morning by the cleaning ladies so took like 20 minutes to get the lift, which is not really easy with small kids. The breakfast is really good that we like a lot but other than that quite average
I bought a late check out, the next day I went into town and when I came back I couldn't get into my room, the card didn't work, then when I went to the room I was going to change but the room service barged into the room, not only that, I got a call from the reception saying I had to go downstairs, why haven't I checked out yet when I landed they told me it was a mistake and it was fine, but didn't apologize.
I stayed at this hotel for four nights and this would be our first choice once we're back in the city. Good value for money, residential area (so pretty safe to walk during night) and close to the metro.
Friendly staff, specially Kathleen at the reception that made this trip extra special and memorable, with a good insight into what's going on around the city, events and stuff to do in general. Thanks for the Harry Potter exhibition recommendation!
She was wonderful and always with a smile on her face and really made me and my family feel welcome during our first stay in Paris.
So the overall look of the room was amazing. At first glance, this seemed like a 5 star hotel, but the more I explored, the weirder it got. The toilet and shower were in different rooms. And the shower was only have covered with a glass wall which made some water spill all over the tile floor. The shower head was dirty and seemed like it hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. I also noticed the door that lead to the shower didn't close properly. It would never stay in one place, so there was always a crack making the other people in the room were availble to see you shower. There was barely any space in the sink to put any of my Toiletries. But the actual sink part was huge and personally, I don't like waisting room. It was also hard to operate the shower. The room was also very small. Overall, the place was half good and half bad. If you're cheap and don't mind a little dirty place, then this is perfect. Personally, I like a medium sized room with the toilet in the actual bathroom. The people were nice. Not outstanding, but clear and helpful. But the place itself was next many restaurants and cafes, and wa not too far from the Eiffel Tower.
It's a good place to enjoy in you weekend you will find all what you need away from the city
I liked: clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower
I didn’t like:
Additional charge for early check in is what I didn’t like. Elevator was very slow and it sometimes took ages to get into your room. No desks in the room, only a small table so it was hard to work.
